Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, business email, country or region, message and privacy acknowledgement. You may also provide a phone or WhatsApp number, brand, series, model or part numbers, quantities and attachments. We record the submission time, inquiry reference and the website page from which the inquiry was sent. Inquiry status and internal handling notes may be added by authorised staff.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to understand product requirements, verify models, prepare quotations, coordinate requested purchases and respond to you. We also use limited technical information to prevent abuse and maintain the service. Where applicable, this processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and securing the website, or your consent where required. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not use the inquiry system for automated decisions or behavioural profiling.
Inquiry and BOM Attachments
Attachments are optional. The form accepts up to five PDF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, DOC, DOCX, JPG or PNG files, with a maximum of 10 MB per file. Inquiry records and their attachments are stored in a private database rather than a publicly browsable upload folder. Access through the website is restricted to authenticated administrators. Only upload information you are permitted to share, and remove unnecessary personal, financial or confidential information. File-type validation is applied, but it is not a malware-scanning service.
Service Providers
The inquiry form records requests in our website inbox. When the cloud production services are configured, inquiry notifications are sent through Resend, and product and inquiry data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL and private object storage. Confirmation pages acknowledge recorded inquiries; they do not promise email delivery. We have not integrated a third-party CRM, CAPTCHA or analytics service into the form. If you contact us by email, the email systems used to send and receive that correspondence also process the message. Infrastructure and email providers, when used, may process information needed to operate those services. No provider is identified here without verification. Before activating a new service, we will review its processing and update this notice where necessary.
Cookies and Analytics
The current website does not integrate advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. The administration area uses an essential session cookie, brolenz_admin, for authentication; the session expires after eight hours. Public inquiry forms do not require an account or a marketing cookie. Inquiry form state and retry identifiers are held in page memory, not persistent browser storage. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but blocking the administration cookie prevents administrator sign-in. If non-essential tracking is introduced, this notice and the required consent controls must be updated before it is enabled.
Logs and External Content
A server necessarily processes request details to deliver pages. The inquiry application stores its source page path, not the full referring URL or query string, and uses rate-limit records and administrative event logs for security and operation. Hosting infrastructure may separately produce access or error logs according to its configuration. Some product pages support videos or documents from approved external sources. When you load an external resource or follow an external link, its provider may receive your network and browser information and its own privacy policy applies.
Data Retention
The inquiry application does not currently apply automatic deletion to inquiries or attachments. We retain them while needed to handle your request, related business correspondence, disputes or applicable record-keeping obligations, and review retention when dealing with a deletion request or an administrative review. There is no claim that records are automatically removed after a fixed period. Copies in backups require separate review and may remain until those backups are securely retired under an approved retention schedule. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your information.
International Data Processing
Our website operator is in China and inquiry information may be accessed and handled by our team in China. The physical location of any future production hosting, email or backup services must be confirmed before those services are activated. Laws and protections may differ from those in your country. Where an applicable law requires a transfer safeguard or other condition, we must establish it before making the relevant transfer; this notice does not assert that an unverified provider or transfer arrangement has been approved.
Data Security
The application includes administrator access controls, private attachment storage, server-side validation, submission-size limits, same-origin checks and rate limiting. No system can guarantee absolute security. Production HTTPS, hosting access controls, backups and any additional malware scanning must be maintained as part of operating the service. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive identity documents through the inquiry form.
User Requests
Contact sales@brolenz.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction, object to processing, request portability or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal retention obligations. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Where applicable, you may raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.
